The Antifa Manifesto of the Ice Detention Center Attacker

Editorial Comments By:
Leonard Lenny Vasbinder
August 09, 2019

I did not originally report on this but after sharing the El Paso Walmart shooter's manifesto, I thought it would be best to also share the manifesto of the Antifa attacker at the Ice Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington, on July 15, 2019. I was not able to find a manifesto from the Antifa Dayton Ohio mass shooter but according to other reports, he had a long history of pro-Antifa, pro-Elizabeth Warren, and socialist views on his social media accounts.

I found the manifesto, which had been posted on Seattle TV station KIRO’s website, according to this Washington Times report.  https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/jul/15/willem-van-spronsen-manifesto-blasts-concentration/

Here is the unedited manifesto, except for removing line breaks that occurred when copy-pasting from the PDF file.

What follows is the written manifesto of Willem Van Spronsen:

there's wrong and there's right.
it's time to take action against the forces of evil.
evil says one life is worth less than another.
evil says the flow of commerce is our purpose here.
evil says concentration camps for folks deemed lesser are necessary.
the handmaid of evil says the concentration camps should be more humane.
beware the centrist.

i have a father's broken heart
i have a broken down body
and i have an unshakable abhorrence of injustice.
that is what brings me here.
this is my clear opportunity to try to make a difference, i'd be an ingrate to be waiting for a more obvious invitation.

i follow three teachers:
don pritts, my spiritual guide, "love without action is just a word."
john brown, my moral guide, "what is needed is action!"
emma goldman, my political guide, "if i can't dance, i don't want to be in your revolution."

i'm a head in the clouds dreamer, i believe in love and redemption.
i believe we're going to win
i'm joyfully revolutionary. (we all should have been reading emma goldman in school instead of the jingo drivel we were fed. but i digress.) (we should all be looking at the photos of the YJP heroes should we falter and think our dreams
are impossible, but i double digress. fight me.)

in these days of fascist hooligans preying on vulnerable people on our streets, in the name of the state or supported and defended by the state,

in these days of highly profitable detention/concentration camps and a battle over the semantics,

in these days of hopelessness, empty pursuit and endless yearning,

we are living in visible fascism ascendant. (i say visible, because those paying attention watched it survive and thrive under the protection of the state for decades [see howard zinn, "a people's history of the united states.") now it unabashedly follows its agenda with open and full cooperation from the
government. from governments around the world.

fascism serves the needs of the state serves the needs of business and at your expense. who benefits? jeff bezos, warren buffet, elon musk, tim cook, bill gates, betsy de vos, george soros, and need i go on? let me say it again: rich guys, (who think you're not really all that good,) really dig government, (every government everywhere, including "communist" governments,) because they make rules that make rich guys richer.
simple.
don't overthink it.
(are you patriots in the back paying attention?)

when i was a boy, in post war holland, later france, my head was filled with stories of the rise of fascism in the 30's. i promised myself that i would not be one of those who stands by as neighbors are torn from their homes and imprisoned for somehow being perceived as lesser.
you don't have to burn the motherfucker down, but are you just going to stand by?

this is the test of our fundamental belief in real freedom and our responsibility to each other.  this is a call to patriots, too, to stand against this travesty against everything that you hold sacred. i know you. i know that in your hearts, you see the dishonor in these camps. it's time for you, too, to stand up to the money pulling the strings of every goddamn puppet pretending to represent us.

i'm a man who loves you all and this spinning ball so much that i'm going to fulfill my childhood promise to myself to be noble.

here it is, in these corporate for profit concentration camps.
here it is, in brown and non conforming folks afraid to show their faces for fear of the police/migra/proud boys/the boss/beckies...
here it is, a planet almost used up by the market's greed.

i'm a black and white thinker.
detention camps are an abomination.
i'm not standing by.
i really shouldn't have to say any more than this.

i set aside my broken heart and i heal the only way i know how- by being useful.
i efficiently compartmentalize my pain...
and i joyfully go about this work.
(to those burdened with the wreckage from my actions, i hope that you will make the best use of that
burden.)

to my comrades:

i regret that i will miss the rest of the revolution.
thank you for the honor of having me in your midst.

giving me space to be useful, to feel that i was fulfilling my ideals, has been the spiritual pinnacle of my life.

doing what i can to help defend my precious and wondrous people is an experience too rich to describe.

my trans comrades have transformed me, solidifying my conviction that we will be guided to a dreamed of future by those most marginalized among us today. i have dreamed it so clearly that i have no regret for not seeing how it turns out. thank you for bringing me so far along.

i am antifa, i stand with comrades around the world who act from the love of life in every permutation. comrades who understand that freedom means real freedom for all and a life worth living.
keep the faith!
all power to the people!
bella ciao

don't let your silly government agencies spend money "investigating" this one. i was radicalized in civics class at 13 when we were taught about the electoral college. it was at that point that i decided that the status quo might be a house of cards. further reading confirmed in the positive. i highly recommend reading!
i am not affiliated with any organization, i have disaffiliated from any organizations who disagree with my choice of tactics.
the semi automatic weapon i used was a cheap, home built unregistered "ghost" ar15, had six magazines. i strongly encourage comrades and incoming comrades to arm themselves. we are now responsible for defending people from the predatory state. ignore the laws of arming yourself if you have the luxury, i did.

MAYOR CANTRELL, PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS UNVEIL FLOOD WARNING SYSTEM

Press Release Edited by Leonard Lenny Vasbinder
August 05, 2019

Flood Zone Sign

NEW ORLEANS – Mayor LaToya Cantrell and public safety officials today announced the implementation of a new flood warning system and highlighted other investments made in flood preparedness in the two years since the Aug. 5, 2017, rain event that caused widespread flooding across the city.

“Two years ago a perfect storm of infrastructure failures and torrential rains exposed stark flaws in our drainage system and our flood preparedness,” said Mayor Cantrell. “Since that time, we have worked relentlessly to address our critical needs, to invest in our infrastructure, and to make strategic, meaningful improvements. This new flood warning system is a strong next step, enabling us to detect and monitor rising water in high-risk areas and to alert drivers to danger. This system replaces the temporary deployment of barricades, freeing up our first responders during a rain event and helping us all to stay safe.”

City Installs Flood Warning System

Sensors, weather stations, and roadway warning signs have been installed at 12 underpass locations prone to flooding during heavy rain due to their low elevation. Flood sensors will detect when the water rises in the low-lying section of the road and will trigger beacons on each side of the underpass to flash, which indicates to drivers that the road is closed due to high water.

Locations include:

Carrollton Avenue under I-10
City Park Avenue under I-10
Canal Boulevard under the railroad bridge near Homedale Street
Downman Road under the railroad bridge near Hayne Boulevard
Franklin Avenue under I-10
Gentilly Boulevard under I-610
Gentilly Boulevard under the railroad bridge near Peoples Avenue
Marconi Drive under I-610
Broad Street under the railroad bridge near Florida Avenue
Paris Avenue under the railroad bridge near I-610
Press Drive under the railroad bridge near Leon C. Simon Drive
Bernard Avenue under the railroad bridge near Florida Avenue

Because these locations dip under bridges, they are prone to frequent and flash flooding during heavy rain as water from surrounding streets rushes to the lowest point. The drop in the roadway also makes it difficult for drivers to register the depth of the water when flooded. Consequently, these underpasses have been frequent sites of stalled vehicles and water rescues during storms.

In 2018, public safety agencies implemented "Operation Underpass,” a joint effort of the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) and New Orleans Fire Department to quickly erect barricades blocking motorists from driving into flooded underpasses. The new flood warning system will replace Operation Underpass and will allow those agencies to redeploy personnel to other priority assignments.

“I’d like to remind motorists to never drive through flooded roads,” said NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson. “Doing so can be life-threatening and can cause significant damage to vehicles, homes, and businesses. With these flood warning signs at underpasses, the message is clear: if the lights are flashing, the road is closed.”

Beyond warning motorists to turn around, the flood warning system will also provide an additional layer of critical, real-time information to the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP), the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, and the National Weather Service during storms. Each installation includes a weather station that measures the real-time rate of rainfall, rainfall total, temperature, and wind speed at the underpass location. There is also a public safety camera connected to the City’s Real-Time Crime Center at nearly all sites.

“Impacts from storms can be highly localized,” said NOHSEP Director Collin Arnold. “Having twelve calibrated weather stations spread throughout the city will give our emergency managers and our drainage partners significantly more situational awareness to make critical and timely decisions during storms.”

Road closure data from the flood warning system will also eventually be displayed publicly on the City’s real-time road hazard website, streetwise.nola.gov.

High Sierra Electronics, a company specializing in environmental monitoring systems, installed the flood warning system, which was procured and project managed by NOHSEP. The cost of the system was approximately $650,000 and was paid for by funds made available in response to the Aug. 5, 2017, flood event. The system is scalable, so as funds become available, additional locations of frequent street flooding will be considered for installation.

Residents Encouraged to Get Ready for Rain

The City of New Orleans is encouraging residents to be ready for rain, which continues to be one of the primary hazards faced in Southeast Louisiana. New Orleans is one of the rainiest cities in the country, with an average of 62 inches of rain each year; and in July 2019 alone, the National Weather Service’s Advanced Hydrological Prediction Service indicated that parts of New Orleans saw between 15 to 20 inches of rain. Excess rainwater that cannot be absorbed must be pumped out, so when heavy rain outpaces the ground's ability to absorb water and the drainage system's capacity, minor and even major flooding can happen.

The City and its partners are investing billions to reduce flooding and improve resilience, including $300 million toward hazard mitigation and resilience projects, $2.4 billion to restore damaged infrastructure, and $5 million for residential green infrastructure, alongside the completion of the $14 billion Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System and SELA drainage projects.

However, there are steps residents can take as well to insure their property and reduce risk. The City encourages residents to visit ready.nola.gov/rain to learn more about what they can do to reduce their flood risk and to consider the following tips:

Search your address to get a flood risk analysis

The custom-built Ready for Rain property search tool pulls together data from the Flood Insurance Rate Map, LIDAR ground elevation, and the City’s building code to provide an easy-to-understand glimpse of flood risk in New Orleans.

Whether you’re a renter or homeowner, get flood insurance to protect your property

New flood maps were adopted in 2016, making flood insurance even more affordable for many New Orleanians, with the average annual flood insurance premium at $650. Recent floods across the country continue to show that flood insurance provides more recovery dollars than post-disaster assistance programs. In fact, in the past 20 years, New Orleans property owners received seven times more from flood insurance payouts than from post-disaster FEMA funds.

Consider projects to reduce flooding in your yard, including green infrastructure From cleaning gutters, downspouts and in front of catch basins to elevating utilities and structures, there are things you can do to reduce your flood risk. Simple projects like installing a rain garden or rain barrel can also help absorb or hold rainwater, keeping it off the street and away from your structure. Many local community organizations and grant programs are available to assist residents with green infrastructure and mitigation projects.

Track rain and flooding in your community

Get involved in citizen science by tracking rain and flood data on the ISeeChange app. You can also request a free scientific rain gauge provided through a partnership with ISeeChange and NOLA Ready.

Organize training for your community organization or house of worship

NOLA Ready staff is available to talk to your community organization about flood preparedness and a range of other emergency preparedness topics.

The Manifesto of the El Paso TX Walmart Shooter -- August 3, 2019

Thanks for reading my blog and following my blog and Youtube Channels. Please consider using my Amazon Store link for your Amazon shopping. I earn a very small commission from Amazon and it doesn't cost you anything extra. https://amzn.to/3cYkMcU

The preamble was taken from my own Facebook post before editing the many grammar issues in the manifesto, to make it more readable. I left many of the typos and grammatical errors in place if they did not affect the context.

Preamble -- While I do not suggest that most people visit the 4Chan and 8Chan website forums, due to the numerous hackers on each, I used available technology to protect myself and found the "Manifesto" of today's El Paso TX Walmart Shooter. I downloaded it into PDF format, then scanned it with several anti-malware programs before opening it. I have pasted it here in plaintext format so it's harmless to the reader--at least from malware. It probably will not render properly and there will likely be far too many typos and corrections needed for this post. I'll work on it later.  You can join in the Facebook discussion on my page --

The Inconvenient Truth About Me

In general, I support the Christchurch shooter and his manifesto. This attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas. They are the instigators, not me. I am simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion. Some people will think this statement is hypocritical because of the nearly complete ethnic and cultural destruction brought to the Native Americans by our European ancestors, but this just reinforces my point. The natives didn’t take the invasion of Europeans seriously, and now what’s left is just a shadow of what was. My motives for this attack are not at all personal. Actually, the Hispanic community was not my target before I read The Great Replacement. This manifesto will cover the political and economic reasons behind the attack, my gear, my expectations of what response this will generate and my personal motivations and thoughts.

Political Reasons

In short, America is rotting from the inside out, and peaceful means to stop this seem to be nearly impossible. The inconvenient truth is that our leaders, both Democrat AND Republican, have been failing us for decades. They are either complacent or involved in one of the biggest betrayals of the American public in our history. The takeover of the United States government by unchecked corporations. I could write a ten-page essay on all the damage these corporations have caused, but here is what is important. Due to the death of the baby boomers, the increasingly anti-immigrant rhetoric of the right and the ever-increasing Hispanic population, America will soon become a one party-state. The Democrat party will own America and they know it. They have already begun the transition by pandering heavily to the Hispanic voting bloc in the 1st  Democratic Debate. They intend to use open borders, free healthcare for illegals, citizenship and more to enact a political coup by importing and then legalizing millions of new voters. With policies like these, the Hispanic support for Democrats will likely become nearly unanimous in the future. The heavy Hispanic population in Texas will make us a Democrat stronghold. Losing Texas and a few other states with heavy Hispanic population to the Democrats is all it would take for them to win nearly every presidential election. Although the Republican Party is also terrible. Many factions within the Republican Party are pro-corporation. Pro-corporation = pro-immigration. But some factions within the Republican Party don’t prioritize corporations over our future. So, the Democrats are nearly unanimous with their support of immigration while the Republicans are divided over it. At least with Republicans, the process of mass immigration and citizenship can be greatly reduced.

Economic Reasons

In short, immigration can only be detrimental to the future of America. Continued immigration will make one of the biggest issues of our time, automation, so much worse. Some sources say that in under two decades, half of American jobs will be lost to it. Of course, some people will be retrained, but most will not.  So, it makes no sense to keep on letting millions of illegal or legal immigrants flood into the United States, and to keep the tens of millions that are already here. Invaders who also have close to the highest birthrate of all ethnicities in America. In the near future, America will have to initiate a basic universal income to prevent widespread poverty and civil unrest as people lose their jobs. Joblessness in itself is a source of civil unrest. The less dependents [dependence] on a government welfare system, the better. The lower the unemployment rate, the better. Achieving ambitions [in] social projects like universal healthcare and UBI would become far more likely to succeed if tens of millions of dependents are removed.

Even though new migrants do the dirty work, their kids typically don’t. They want to live the American Dream which is why they get college degrees and fill higher-paying skilled positions. This is why corporations lobby for even more illegal immigration even after decades of it happening. They need to keep replenishing the low-skilled labor pool. Even as migrant children flood skilled jobs, Corporations make this worse by lobbying for even more work visas to be issued for skilled foreign workers to come here. Recently, the Senate under a REPUBLICAN administration has greatly increased the number of foreign workers that will take American jobs. Remember that both Democrats and Republicans support immigration and work visas. Corporations need to keep replenishing the labor pool for both skilled and unskilled jobs to keep wages down. So Automation is a good thing as it will eliminate the need for new migrants to fill unskilled jobs. Jobs that Americans can’t survive on anyway. Automation can and would replace millions of low-skilled jobs if immigrants were deported. This source of competition for skilled labor from immigrants and visa holders around the world has made a very difficult situation even worse for natives as they compete in the skilled job market. To compete, people have to get better credentials by spending more time in college. It used to be that a high school degree was worth something. Now a bachelor’s degree is what’s recommended to be competitive in the job market. The cost of college degrees has exploded as their value has plummeted. This has led to a generation of indebted, overqualified students filling menial, low paying, and unfulfilling jobs. Of course, these migrants and their children have contributed to the problem, but are not the sole cause of it.

The American lifestyle affords our citizens an incredible quality of life. However, our lifestyle is destroying the environment of our country. The decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations. Corporations are heading the destruction of our environment by shamelessly overharvesting resources. This has been a problem for decades. For example, this phenomenon is brilliantly portrayed in the decades-old classic “The Lorax”. Water sheds around the country, especially in agricultural areas, are being depleted. Freshwater is being polluted from farming and oil drilling operations. Consumer culture is creating thousands of tons of unnecessary plastic waste and electronic waste, and recycling to help slow this down is almost non-existent. Urban sprawl creates inefficient cities which unnecessarily destroys millions of acres of land. We even use god knows how many trees worth of paper towels just wipe water off our hands. Everything I have seen and heard in my short life has led me to believe that the average American isn’t willing to change their lifestyle, even if the changes only cause a slight inconvenience. The government is unwilling to tackle these issues beyond empty promises since they are owned by corporations. Corporations that also like immigration because more people mean a bigger market for their products. I just want to say that I love the people of this country, but god damn most of y’all are just too stubborn to change your lifestyle. So, the next logical step is to decrease the number of people in America using resources. If we can get rid of enough people, then our way of life can become more sustainable.

Gear

Main gun: AK47 (WASR 10) – I realized pretty quickly that this isn’t a great choice since it’s the civilian version of the ak47. It’s not designed to shoot rounds quickly, so it overheats massively after about 100 shots fired in quick succession. I’ll have to use a heat-resistant glove to get around this.

8m3 bullet: This bullet, unlike pretty much any other 7.62x39 bullet, actually fragments like a pistol hollow point when shot out of an ak47 at the cost of penetration. Penetration is still reasonable, but not nearly as high as a normal ak47 bullet. The ak47 is definitely a bad choice without this bullet design, and may still be with it.

Other gun (if I get one): AR-15 – Pretty much any variation of this gun doesn’t heat up nearly as fast as the AK47.  The round of this gun isn’t designed to fragment but instead tumbles inside a target causing lethal wounding. This gun is probably better, but I wanted to explore different options. The AR-15 is probably the best gun for military applications but this isn’t a military application.
This will be a test of which is more lethal, either it’s fragmentation or tumbling.
I didn’t spend much time at all preparing for this attack. Maybe a month, probably less. I have do[ne] this before I lose my nerve. I figured that an under-prepared attack and a meh manifesto is better than no attack and no manifesto.

Reaction

Statistically, millions of migrants have returned to their home countries to reunite with the family they lost contact with when they moved to America. They come here as economic immigrants, not for asylum reasons. This is an encouraging sign that the Hispanic population is willing to return to their home countries if given the right incentive. An incentive that myself and many other patriotic Americans will provide. This will remove the threat of the Hispanic voting bloc which will make up for the loss of millions of baby boomers. This will also make the elites that run corporations realize that it’s not in their interest to continue [to] piss off Americans. Corporate America doesn’t need to be destroyed but just shown that they are on the wrong side of history. That, if they don’t bend, they will break.

Personal Reasons and Thoughts

My whole life I have been preparing for a future that currently doesn’t exist. The job of my dreams will likely be automated. Hispanics will take control of the local and state government of my beloved Texas, changing policy to better suit their needs. They will turn Texas into an instrument of a political coup which will hasten the destruction of our country. The environment is getting worse by the year. If you take nothing else from this document, remember this:

INACTION IS A CHOICE. I can no longer bear the shame of inaction knowing that our founding fathers have endowed me with the rights needed to save our country from the brink destruction. Our European comrades don’t have the gun rights needed to repel the millions of invaders that plaque their country. They have no choice but to sit by and watch their countries burn.

America can only be destroyed from the inside-out. If our country falls, it will be the fault of traitors. This is why I see my actions as faultless. Because this isn’t an act of imperialism but an act of preservation. America is full of hypocrites who will blast my actions as the sole result of racism and hatred of other countries, despite the extensive evidence of all the problems these invaders cause and will cause.

People who are hypocrites because they support imperialistic wars that have caused the loss of tens of thousands of American lives and untold numbers of civilian lives. The argument that mass murder is okay when it is state-sanctioned is absurd. Our government has killed a whole lot more people for a whole lot less.

Even if other non-immigrant targets would have a greater impact, I can’t bring myself to kill my fellow Americans. Even the Americans that seem hell-bent on destroying our country.  Even if they are shameless race mixers, massive polluters, haters of our collective values, etc. One day they will see [the] error of their ways. Either when American patriots fail to reform our country and it collapses or when we save it. But they will see the error of their ways. I promise y’all that.

I am against race mixing because it destroys genetic diversity and creates identity problems. Also because it’s completely unnecessary and selfish. 2nd and 3rd  generation Hispanics form interracial unions at much higher rates than average. Yet another reason to send them back. Cultural and racial diversity is largely temporary. Cultural diversity diminishes as stronger and/or more appealing cultures overtake weaker and/or undesirable ones. Racial diversity will disappear as either race mixing or genocide will take place. But the idea of deporting or murdering all non-white Americans is horrific. Many have been here at least as long as the whites, and have done as much to build our country. The best solution to this, for now, would be to divide America into a confederacy of territories with at least 1 territory for each race. This physical separation would nearly eliminate race mixing and improve social unity by granting each race self-determination within their respective territory(s).

My death is likely inevitable. If I’m not killed by the police, then I’ll probably be gunned down by one of the invaders. Capture in this case if far worse than dying during the shooting because I’ll get the death penalty anyway. Worse still is that I would live knowing that my family despises me. This is why I’m not going to surrender even if I run out of ammo. If I’m captured, it will be because I was subdued somehow.

Remember: it is not cowardly to pick low hanging fruit. AKA Don’t attack heavily guarded areas to fulfill your super-soldier COD fantasy. Attack low-security targets.  Even though you might outgun a security guard or policeman, they likely beat you in armor, training, and numbers. Do not throw away your life on an unnecessarily dangerous target. If a target seems too hot, live to fight another day.

My ideology has not changed for several years. My opinions on automation, immigration, and the rest predate Trump and his campaign for president. I [am] putting this here because some people will blame the President or certain presidential candidates for the attack. This is not the case. I know that the media will probably call me a white supremacist anyway and blame Trump’s rhetoric. The media is infamous for fake news. Their reaction to this attack will likely just confirm that.

Many people think that the fight for America is already lost. They couldn’t be more wrong. This is just the beginning of the fight for America and Europe. I am honored to head the fight to reclaim my country from destruction.
