When Is National Tin Foil Hat Day???

With all the nutjob conspiracy theories flowing out of unprotected brains after the hurricanes and other natural disasters, I began telling people to put on their tin-foil hats -- way too often.
This morning, I decided to see if there was an actual "National Tin Foil Hat Day," and I guess the conspiracy theorists will have a ball of tin foil, knowing there is NO consensus as to when that day actually is. It must be a conspiracy theory by the Secret Societies!!!
After searching the internet for hours and hours (okay, a couple of minutes), I did find the below info. The hardest part of this post was deciding which organization to preview. Of course, the cat with the tin-foil hat won. Hey, did I just make up a new Dr. Seuss character??? I want my royalties!!!

Kaspersky Labs, a computer anti-malware company, wrote a blog for International Tin Foil Hat Day on April 1, 2016. I'm not sure why they picked April Fool's Day as the day?
